That's me, Barbara, a passionate HR professional with over 14 years of experience in the service industry and currently leading the HR team in a manufacturing company. I thrive on helping others – it's my personal mission to pay it forward and go above and beyond in everything I do.
But I'm not all work! When I'm not championing employee well-being (certified Mental Health Champion!), you can find me hitting the hiking trails, diving into a good book, or volunteering with my amazing family. I'm also a member of the Rotary Club of Embakasi and a church leader, always seeking genuine connections and ways to support my community.
